Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jessix Nails. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all nail services provided in my home salon and govern your booking, payment, and overall client experience.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms in full. If you have any questions, please contact me at Jessix Nails before booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All appointments are reviewed by me before confirmation. I reserve the right to decline a booking request if necessary.

Your appointment will only be secured once I have accepted and confirmed your booking request.

3. Booking Fees

I require a percentage of the service fee as a deposit to secure your appointment. The exact deposit amount will be shared when you book.

If you cancel outside the 48-hour window, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show, the deposit is forfeited.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Any changes within 48 hours may result in loss of your deposit.

Refunds for deposits are only provided if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the appointment time.

5. Refund Policy

Once a nail service has been completed, I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the final result, please discuss it with me immediately to explore possible solutions.

Canceled appointments meeting the 48-hour notice period qualify for a deposit refund.

6. Payment

Payment for the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. I accept card in GBP only.

Please ensure you have a valid payment method ready at the time of service.

7. Client Obligations

I request that you share your desired nail design inspiration in advance so I can prepare for your service.

Arriving promptly for your appointment ensures there is enough time to deliver the highest quality service.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

I only collect basic personal information (such as name and contact details) to manage bookings and stay in touch with you. I will never sell or share this information beyond what is required to provide my services.

Your data is stored securely, and I comply with local data protection laws to protect your privacy.

9. Liability

I take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction during each service. However, I am not liable for any adverse reactions that may result from pre-existing conditions or unknown allergies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of my services.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service or legal changes. Any updates will be posted and will apply to new appointments moving forward.

By booking after updates are published, you agree to the revised Terms.

11. Acceptance

By booking a service with Jessix Nails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
